About the outcome
The fashion industry consistently disregards the three pillars of sustainability: environmental, social, and economic. It is clear that changes will not be made without demand to do so, but to demand change the public must be aware of the problem. Our aim is to ignite change through an immersive installation that will shed light on the impactful practices behind the clothing we all interact with every day.
About the team
Kelsey Ouellette, Michelle Andronic, Morgan Adams, Thomas Wu, Kate Hartland, Brad Monday, and Owen Mendenhall are all students in the Sustainable Fashion Lab who will each specialize in a different step in the textile supply chain, from raw material extraction to end of life.
